Our industrial range runs from 10kVA to over 2500kVA, in Caterpillar, Cummins, MAXiGEN, Pramac and Powerlink, covering prime and standby duty in single or three phase. Every set we sell goes through the same pre-delivery process as our hire fleet - fuelled, oiled, run and load-tested before it leaves the workshop, so what arrives on site is a machine we've already proven works, not a box.
All four branches - Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth - hold stock, run in-house servicing, and carry genuine parts for everything we sell.
Sizing an industrial generator
Get this wrong and it's expensive in both directions. Undersize it and you're nuisance-tripping on motor start, every time a compressor, pump or air conditioner kicks in. Oversize it and you're wet stacking - running a diesel engine at light load for extended periods glazes the cylinder bores and fouls the exhaust, and it will cost you an engine rebuild.
Prime or standby?
Standby sets only run during a mains outage, sized for occasional, short-duration load. Prime sets are built to run as the primary power source for extended periods - a site with no mains connection at all, or one running off-grid by design.
Single phase or three phase?
Most industrial and commercial sites run three phase. Single phase suits smaller loads - offices, small workshops, some retail fitouts. Not sure? Send us your switchboard details and we'll confirm.

Delivered proven, not delivered boxed
Most industrial generator suppliers deliver the unit and leave the rest to you. We don't. Every set we sell is fuelled, oiled, run under load and tested in our own workshop before it goes anywhere - the same PDI process we run on our hire fleet, because a generator that's never been started before it reaches a hospital, a data centre or a shutdown with a fixed window isn't proven, it's a gamble.
If you want it connected as well as delivered, our licensed electricians can commission the set on site - the switchboard connection, the load test, the handover - so the first time it runs under real load isn't the first time anyone's watched it do it.
That's backed by servicing and genuine parts at all four branches, from technicians who work on the same equipment we sell. If something needs attention six months or six years from now, you're calling the people who built it, not a call centre reading from a script.
