How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated on weight and dimensions of an order. Shipping will be calculated at the checkout page. In some cases, quotes may be required for shipping which will involve a second payment after the purchase has been made.

We offer free shipping on some AVR’s delivered within Australia.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver world-wide. Shipping is calculated based on location and size of the package, and may require a quote (See ‘how much does shipping cost’).

What is the returns policy?

Claims for goods damaged in transit will be entertained if made within three (3) days after arrival at the destination. We do not accept returns for change of mind. If you receive the wrong item, we are happy to organise an exchange or refund upon return of the item. If you need more information or are unsure, give us a call on 1300 MAC GEN (1300 622 436)

What happens if my product is faulty?

Macfarlane Generators prides ourselves on taking care when packaging and shipping products. We complete a pre-delivery service where we ensure that products are operative and warranty compliant, and we hand package and send your purchase. In the even that a product ends up faulty please call or email us.

Can I return an item to a showroom?

If your product is faulty or incorrect, you can bring it in to a show room and discuss with one of our sales managers.
